If you're here looking for the summer schedule, look at the two previous posts.
I just wanted to remind everyone that I'm stepping down from leadership for the Mom's Group. Think and pray about your role. Here's the basic items that generally need to be covered
-when to start the study in the fall
-what to study (ideas include Bible studies, book studies, videos series, etc)
-childcare
-snack sign up
-coffee & tea prep and cleanup
-tables & chairs set up and cleanup
-special days (holiday crafts, kids playdays etc)
This doesn't have to be one person! I've normally had at least one other person helping in some way make sure all these areas are taken care of. If you feel like helping us keep the Mom's Group going, talk to me, talk amongst yourselves. Thank you, ladies, for letting me serve you in this way for the last 4 1/2 years! You are my dear friends and I look forward to many more hours with you.

Friday Fun
It's cold. Is that an understatement or what?! If your little ones are like mine, we're all bouncing off the wall, so Marci offered to sponsor us all to play at the indoor playground out on the base. We're meeting at the Muldoon gate (just drive on past Target, if you can resist that siren call) at 10:30 AM on Friday January 9. Call Marci if you need directions. See you there!
UPDATE: I'm a dork. We're meeting at BONIFACE gate. Hope nobody goes to the wrong gate......

January
Ladies, sorry for not keeping up with this. At least there are now more of us with babes in arm! For January, we have speakers lined up for the 6th and the 20th. We're still meeting in the Fellowship Hall with the sitters and kiddos upstairs. I told our speakers to start at 10:30, and I'll be there at 10 to start the coffee and hot water. We may start up Mom's Only nights again, if I don't keep you posted, remind me. =) And if anyone is interested in signing up to win a $25 Kroger gift card (you can use it at Fred Meyer), head over to www.5dollardinner.com.
